I’m Alejandro Carcano, founder of ACM Jewelers and a proud Texan rooted in faith, family, and service. With Jesus guiding my path, I’ve always believed the way you serve people matters as much as what you sell.
My passion for engagement rings comes from a personal place. I’ve been blessed to be in love with my high school sweetheart for nearly six years, and that relationship taught me that love is never generic. Every couple has their own story.
So I work alongside trusted gemologists, elite diamond partners, designers, and master jewelers with over 50 years of combined experience — concierge-style, often 40+ hours from concept to completion.

How long does it usually take?
Standard is about 3–4 weeks after CAD approval. Rush and economy timelines are available.
What do I need for the first call?
A budget range, a target date, her ring size if you know it, and two or three inspiration photos.
Do you help me choose the stone?
Yes. A diamond expert shortlists stones to hit your face-up size, sparkle, and goals.
Lab vs natural — what’s the difference?
Same look, same grading standards; different origin and price. We show you both and explain the trade-offs honestly.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We tailor the design and stone selection to maximise face-up size and durability inside your budget.
Is the $500 credit cash?
No — it is store credit toward wedding bands or a future piece, split $250 and $250. It expires 12 months from issue and is non-transferable.
